A trainer that actually makes sense. We have worked with Jane for a number of years. First to support our dog that had been attacked by another dog and had many issues, we worked on managing his fear around other dogs before we sadly lost him to cancer. The with our rescue dog who had extreme anxiety, having never been around people or lived I a house for the first 2 yes of her life. Jane and the vet worked together with a plan to support her and this dog now has a fab life, loves people if they have a biscuit for her and loves a cuddle. We are now working with Jane and Niki with our 3rd dog who is 11 months. He's loving the classes and learning that being around other dogs is not just about fun but about behaving and controlling his energy. Both trainers are so consistent, professional and really work hard to help you understand why dogs do what they do. Great training 👏

We took our 10 week old border terrier to puppy classes , and they were brilliant. Small class sizes and lots of time for questions , with a video and fact sheet post class so could practice at home .

We used True Pawtential for puppy training classes for our labrador. We were first time dog owners and Nikki was just lovely explaining everything in easy to follow steps using positive reinforcement. She even sent me some videos to practice at home when I asked for some advice on a certain behaviour. The classes helped immensely in training our pup to be the lovely dog he is now. You know that Nikki and Jane have a real love and passion for pooches. Highly recommended.

Niki is a fantastic trainer - really knowledgeable, loads of great hints and tips, and very patient as we got to grips with each skill. I feel so much more confident taking my puppy out now and hope to get a place on the next course so we can keep improving. If you need a dog trainer you can’t go wrong with Niki!

I'm so glad I found True Pawtential, who were recommended to me by my vets. I've attended classes run by Jane and Niki who both create a relaxed, supportive learning environment which is fun for both owners and dogs, using only positive reinforcement methods. My dog and I have both learned a lot in the time we've been attending. Those first few weeks with a new puppy were absolutely overwhelming and I was so grateful for the support I received in the puppy classes without judgement when I was struggling. The classes are all of a small size. Now my dog's a little older and we're attending the agility sessions which are just so enjoyable. It's great to spend time with my pup doing something he clearly loves. Whether it's one on one or attending a class I would really recommend True Pawtential.
