We used newtons recently for buying our home. as first time buyers we were a bit unsure of the process, but the whole team at newtons couldn't have been more helpful. jess carlin in particular took us through each step, and was always patient in explaining things in a way that we could easily understand. always professional and very responsive. we were very happy with the service and would highly recommend!

Regular updates is the key, we are in the early stages of our sale and purchase. will update on completion. unfortunately it all went downhill when our p.o.c jess urgently went on maternity leave with no notice and no cover. we requested the supervisor cover the position which reluctantly she did but holiday time came along and only assistant to cover while still in the process of commanding the english language. our proposed purchase collapsed while our sale completed with difficulties. now homeless and moving around yorkshire in different lodge sites... would i use newtons again?

Sarah bell at newtons made what we thought was going to be a stressful process very easy, it was our first time buying in london and we needed a swift purchase, sarah was very responsive constantly, she had patience with all our questions and needs, she even managed to bring the completion date forward for us. i wouldn't use anyone else now! 10/10 many thanks, mark and dani
