I cannot reccomened this firm enough.! I was reccomened this firm by another solicitor and also The Courts of Protection themselves. I needed help urgently and representation for my elderly gran with dimentia, who was taken into a care home against her will. I contacted the switalskis firm in Leeds and i was allocated a solicitor from the York Switalskis branch called Nichola Burridge-Todd. I cannot praise this lady enough! Absolute AMAZING solicitor who is extremely knowledgeable and makes the vunerables voice more than heard. Thanks to this amazing lady my gran was brought back home very shortly after her taking on the case. Nichola's response is rapid and her defence for the vunerable is to an exceptional standard!
