My washer broke 2 1/2 years ago and Zaine was excellent. So professional and such an approachable person. Customer care is his number 1 priority. Thanks..... shall be first person I call again next time something breaks 😊

I was impressed from the start as Zaine returned my call when so many others do not. He had to order a part and came the day after it arrived to fit it. He replaced the fan and element on our oven very quickly and at a very reasonable price. He is a pleasant bloke, comes when he says he will and gets the job done! I would highly recommend him.

States to get back to you before close of business. Two days later nothing. Avoid Sadly there is No message in the message thread says you will get back to me etc

My mother in law who lives next door had her oven door fixed and mentioned to the ‘engineer’ that my oven doors weren’t shutting correctly. He said he would pop in and have a look. It took him the time for me to boil my kettle to tighten up the catches on my door and then charged me £54! I’m disgusted! He charged for ‘ call out’ which literally was walking from next doors house!! The money went straight in his wallet ! Note to self: Ask for a price before they cross your threshold!!

I called to ask about the repair on a fridge freezer. Sadly it sounds like the appliance is now a dead duck. However Appliance Care were able to point me in the right direction to get it sorted but gave me sound advice that it would be more expensive to repair than buy new. Although I havent used the company, would deem then very trustworthy and would 100% call again. (Hopefully to give business too in the future)
