My washer broke 2 1/2 years ago and zaine was excellent. so professional and such an approachable person. customer care is his number 1 priority. thanks..... shall be first person i call again next time something breaks 😊
I was impressed from the start as zaine returned my call when so many others do not. he had to order a part and came the day after it arrived to fit it. he replaced the fan and element on our oven very quickly and at a very reasonable price. he is a pleasant bloke, comes when he says he will and gets the job done! i would highly recommend him.
I called to ask about the repair on a fridge freezer. sadly it sounds like the appliance is now a dead duck. however appliance care were able to point me in the right direction to get it sorted but gave me sound advice that it would be more expensive to repair than buy new. although i havent used the company, would deem then very trustworthy and would 100% call again. (hopefully to give business too in the future)
