Called Dean out of hours and the following morning his team were on site tracing a fault to a cooker that was tripping the DB. Within a few hours the source of the fault was identified and a replacement integrated cooker was sourced and collected and fitted. A first class service. Having these guys at the end of a phone is amazing if you are a remote landlord.
