Preston Baker were really proactive in trying to sell my flat and definitely went the extra mile; the online booking system for viewings is very efficient; and the professional photos and video looked gorgeous. Although their fees are higher, I think you get value for money in the effort they put into shifting properties, and would recommend them for anyone aiming for a quick sale.

We worked with Angela Williams throughout the purchase of our new home in York. She was wonderful!! We met her on the launch day for the property and she very helpfully played with our two young boys as we looked around the house! This was most appreciated so we could have a really good look at the house without kids hanging off us! She facilitated communications with the vendor and explained their journey to selling. She was genuinely really motivated to support the couple as they had had a bit of a long road to finally selling and this natural interest very reassuring. We feel that we really lucked-out in having Angela supporting us throughout our sale, a very knowledgeable, friendly, and lovely person who we feel was genuinely happy for us when our offer was accepted!
