Just moved in to a property being let by william h brown (york) and the experience was so smooth and easy. when the property was advertised i called for a viewing and this was all sorted in just a couple of minutes for the next day. farrah showed me the property and was brilliant and very informative about everything. i submitted an application over the phone the same day and was then informed, again on the same day, that i was successful. on moving day i met farrah at the office to get my tenancy agreement and keys which only took a few mins and that completed everything. also, the moving in gift box is a lovely touch. highly recommend using the william h brown york office. farrah and maisie were both extremely friendly, helpful and prompt with all aspects of the move.
