Just moved in to a property being let by William H Brown (York) and the experience was so smooth and easy. When the property was advertised I called for a viewing and this was all sorted in just a couple of minutes for the next day. Farrah showed me the property and was brilliant and very informative about everything. I submitted an application over the phone the same day and was then informed, again on the same day, that I was successful. On moving day I met Farrah at the office to get my tenancy agreement and keys which only took a few mins and that completed everything. Also, the moving in gift box is a lovely touch.
