Ardent were fantastic in helping us sort out our mortgage. We worked with Graham who went above and beyond to help us in every way he could. Firstly he managed to get us a really good mortgage despite having fixed term employment and then when our solicitors completely dropped the ball he was always available to give help and advice.

Ardent were phenomenal from start to finish in assisting us with finding the perfect mortgage. We provided them with the maximum that we could afford and they provided us with a list of the best mortgage options within that bracket. They were all much better than we had found when looking ourselves. The service was simple throughout and the online portal is very user friendly. Brilliant customer care!

Whilst I'm knowledgeable about shares/investments/life planning etc, my wife has used Ardent for many years. I can honestly say that Michael, and more latterly Mark Fisher are EXCELLENT, and ensure that your interests come first, unlike some such companies who, in my opinion are likely to put their commissions as their biggest priority. I have no reservation in highly recommending Ardent through our involvement with Mark. I'd suggest that investors stay clear of the larger, less personal services such as St James's Place and give Ardent a call.
