Second time we have used Hayley Darley in 14 months. She remembered us and understood how devastating another premature death was for our family. She manages to be professional and personal at the same time. The dignity afforded to my twin sister was combined with warmth and a great deal of empathy. Her lovely mum is wonderful too. I can’t thank them enough.

I can’t accurately put into words how brilliant Hayley, Julie and their family are. They recently organised the funeral of my irreplaceable Mum-who died unexpectedly. From the first phone call we knew they were the company we wanted to go with. Julie collected my Mum’s body from the hospital and provided updates so we knew she was safe. They cared for her until the funeral and did so with such love and kindness. Meeting Julie and Hayley to talk about the service and pick options was an unexpectedly enjoyable activity-because we were made to feel so welcome. The funeral they helped organise was flawless-from the casket, to the flowers, the cars and staff, the crematorium, the wake and the best quality service booklets we have ever seen. Hayley led the funeral with professionalism and empathy. We can’t thank them enough for answering all our questions, for their guidance, care of my Mum and support in making sure we got her final farewell perfect. Genuinely, thank you Hayley, Julie and family for everything.

Quite simply do not go anywhere else. Darley Funeral Directors are professional, compassionate, and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they put you at ease the moment you meet with them. They are prompt with their communications whether by phone or email.
