J Rymer handled my father’s funeral arrangements fantastically. Heather kept in frequent contact, helping with issues we had with getting paperwork from the doctor and keeping me informed of the process. I highly recommend J Rymer for their care and compassion.

The service on the day was excellent. So much attention to detail. All with appropriate empathy and efficiency. Special mention for PJ who was always there with excellent support.

Emily at Rymers was very caring, kind and professional. Kept me informed and was always contactable during this very sad time for the family. The facilities at Rymers are first class and all the staff were friendly and respectful. The actual day of the funeral was agreed and everything ran wonderfully. I could not have given my father a better send off. I cannot thank Emily and the staff enough for their kind care.

A faultless service. From my initial telephone call to instruct Rymers to take care of my Dad's funeral, the service received was outstanding. I cannot thank Emily enough for all her support and compassion she gave through the whole process. Emily took my initial phone call, met with my mum and myself several times at the funeral directors and came to my mum's home to make all the arrangements and was there at the Crematorium to ensure everything went to plan. The care and attention we received was so very greatly received. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent, Emily was very quick to reply to my email queries and questions, everything was explained in meticulous detail and we were fully aware of all costs involved. Emily took the the time to ring and check in with us during the process and afterwards which we were very grateful for. The attention to detail was also outstanding. Thank you so very much.
