ROWLEY AND SONS FUNERAL DIRECTORS

MY father passed away last July & I decided to use Rowley & Sons to arrange his funeral. Martin was amazing with me & gave up probably more time than needed. He guided me with advice on what my options were for the service etc. He was so kind & considerate & along with Elizabeth , Jordan & Elliot they gave my dad the most caring send off. Nothing was too much trouble . Unfortunately we needed to use him again when my my cousin passed away later that year in unfortunate circumstances. Martin was amazing with his 2 children that were left to arrange their fathers funeral & I am so pleased they agreed to use Rowley & Sons. I wouldn't even think of going to any other funeral director now.

I’d like to place on record my appreciation for the care, professionalism and service offered by Martin and his family who looked after my mum. How do you choose someone to take care of your loved ones. I did my research and I’m so glad we found Martin. His advice, attention to detail, diplomacy and overall first class service is something I’d like others to know about. It’s a hard journey when you loose someone you love but having the best look after them is something all families deserve. Thank you Martin - we are all so grateful for the time and help you gave us in such a difficult time. Mum would have been so proud. Thank you.

Martin, Elizabeth and the team at Rowley & Sons looked after my family and I in such a way that I still find difficult put in to words, when my father passed away 4 days before Christmas at the end of 2016. A difficult time for us all as a family, but also a horrendous time to try and get hold of anyone or make any last minute arrangements for anything and yet despite this, Rowley & Sons worked tirelessly, yet with great sensitivity to ensure that we were we able to commemorate my dads life in just the way that he would've wanted. Elizabeth & the team at Rowley and Sons have been incredible in such a difficult situation. My father in law suddenly passed away & we had never had such close experience before. Elizabeth was by our side through every part of the process, being both professional and friendly, and made everything seem smooth and as if nothing we asked was too much or a silly question. The aftercare has been truly second to none, even being contacted at Christmas to check on us. Rowley and sons were exceptional especially Tom and Jocelyn in all they did following the death of my son Paul. Their care and compassion was complete. Nothing was to much trouble and things were arranged faultlessley, supporting the family through it all. Thank you to you all for everything.
