BoConcept Monks Cross York

Thoroughly impressed with BoConcept and its store at Monks Cross, York. Great products, excellent customer service from knowledgeable staff (Francesca went out of her way to help and advise). It's a fabulous showroom to explore for ideas and definitely worth a visit.

Very friendly and helpful staff who took time to support us in working out exactly what we were looking for. When we returned to pick up our ordered purchase a few weeks later. Again vey helpful.

Had a very positive experience shopping for furniture, Francesca was very patient with us, giving us friendly helpful advice on two separate visits. We were kept in the loop regarding delivery, when it arrived it was unpacked an assembled expertly.The after care has been excellent, I had a minor issue which was sorted 30 mins after I sent my email ! I have no hesitation in recommending this company, shop and Francesca!

We had such a lovely experience of visiting the york store. Francesca is so down to earth and warm and made us feel at ease immediately.
