Furniture Village - York

I was in a few weeks ago with my father to buy him a suitable chair to help with his daily life. upon entering the store we were greeted by victor who was very friendly and welcoming, offered us all he could and more and had some great advice. we came away with a lovely chair and most likely will be back to add other items. his customer service was absolutely top notch and if you ever find yourself in this particular store ask for victor and he will see you right, and though other members of staff were of course nice, we couldn't recommend him enough.

Excellent customer service from victor hobson, he was informative then disappeared to allow my husband and i time to browse and available for further information when required. perfect customer service he should be training all new staff.

Was greeted by dillon and offered a coffee which i thought was a nice touch! was very helpful when we required assistance! bought our goods and was very efficient and professional during the process! didn’t feel any pressure to force a sale!! thank you for your help dillon

We bought a new corner dining set from the furniture village store at clifton moore in york. the store assistant who helped us, dillon, did a great job. he listened to what we liked and what we were looking for, and showed us the dining set which perfectly fit the description. he was good also with the paperwork, he is a kind and polite young lad, thank you! we enjoyed our experience at the store!
