minster homecare service are a lovely group of people who have taken a huge weight off my shoulders by taking over the day to day care of my mother in law . they are all very caring and gentle with her and have spent time getting to know her and her needs . They are all very friendly and easy to chat to when I go in to collect washing or take food and they seem to get on very well with her , I think she looks forward to seeing their friendly faces . I think they have got to know the run of things now , I've kept in touch to answer questions and queries as I appreciate will always happen when they enter a new setting and also its a bit different been out in the countryside and a big old farm house too . they have realised now that she is an early riser and have changed things which I really am pleased about , to get to her earlier on a morning . they are a great team and I'm very grateful for all their help .
