Rooms are very small, we had a family room with 2 double beds that sleeps 4! Not suitable for this number at all. Reception staff are polite and friendly but not very helpful when it comes to parking. Parking full and not available to reserve for guests ahead of time. Food and beverage team at breakfast were brilliant.

The hotel is in a phenomenal location. You can walk to nearly everything in town. The breakfast is great with a variety of options: juice, coffee, cereal, breads, pancakes, meats, cheeses, and baked goods. The room is fairly basic. No refrigerator in the room. Neighbors were a bit loud so if you're a light sleeper bring ear plugs

The staff and the food are outstanding! I couldn't give the staff especially more praise than ever. The rooms are clean and well presented. However the experience is no better than any other 5 star hotel. I've been in higher standard hotels that have a fridge and toiletries not glued to the wall in awkward positions, with better views (Hilton charges and extra £50 per night for a view) that cost a lot less. If the staff aren't paid for their performance then you are literally paying for the name of the hotel.

Loved the location! And the breakfast is brilliant ! perfect for been close to everything, at a glance the room was lovely but at a closer look I wasn't quiet happy with the cleanliness of it, there were someone false eyelashes stuck to the mirror from a previous guest and there were a couple of false finger nails on the floor also ! We had a 2 year old with us that found them! We booked it as a treat and paid extra for this hotel so would expect it all to be perfect.

The location of this hotel is perfect, perfect for Clifford’s tower, the castle museum, the city centre and other attractions. The room we stayed in was a standard room, it was very clean and had a comfy bed. It was nice and quiet at night which was nice. The staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was nice with a good selection of food. Will stay here again.
