Novotel York Centre

Nice spacious room but a little bit dated, carpet could do with a deep clean & am convinced they didn't hoover before I checked in but I was tired so left it. Nice walk along river to town only about 10 minutes away. Has a nice bar and restaurant and outside seating. On my visit the pool was closed and has been for a while which is a shame. On site paid parking is handy. Lovely breakfast selection

Stayed 1 night for work including use of a meeting room. Service was fantastic and the standard of rooms brilliant- with high level of cleanliness throughout. Breakfast was plentiful and huge choice. Parking plentiful on site and location in the city centre fantastic 👌

Excellent location, 2 minutes walk to the centre but the hotel in a nice quiet residential location. Service really good. Breakfast more than 5 🌟 I have allergies to wheat/milk/egg and they really bent over backwards to make sure I could enjoy the buffet breakfast. Highly recommend!

Stopped for the night for our anniversary and was very pleased with the room apart from the carpet being a bit stained but other than that the bedding was fresh and clean and towels provided as well. Large secure car park keeps your car safe as you need a code to get out. I recommend staying here as 10 minute's from town centre too.

Fantastic hotel. We were given a free upgrade when we arrived. The room was comfortable and a great place to chill out after a busy day. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. We spent a good deal of time in the great outdoor terrace which was perfect for enjoying a drink. Would highly recommend - we will be back the next time we visit York.
