Novotel York Centre

Nice spacious room but a little bit dated, carpet could do with a deep clean & am convinced they didn't hoover before i checked in but i was tired so left it. nice walk along river to town only about 10 minutes away. has a nice bar and restaurant and outside seating. on my visit the pool was closed and has been for a while which is a shame. on site paid parking is handy. lovely breakfast selection

Stayed 1 night for work including use of a meeting room. service was fantastic and the standard of rooms brilliant- with high level of cleanliness throughout. breakfast was plentiful and huge choice. parking plentiful on site and location in the city centre fantastic 👌

Excellent location, 2 minutes walk to the centre but the hotel in a nice quiet residential location. service really good. breakfast more than 5 🌟 i have allergies to wheat/milk/egg and they really bent over backwards to make sure i could enjoy the buffet breakfast. highly recommend!

Stopped for the night for our anniversary and was very pleased with the room apart from the carpet being a bit stained but other than that the bedding was fresh and clean and towels provided as well. large secure car park keeps your car safe as you need a code to get out. i recommend staying here as 10 minute's from town centre too.

Fantastic hotel. we were given a free upgrade when we arrived. the room was comfortable and a great place to chill out after a busy day. the staff were all friendly and welcoming. we spent a good deal of time in the great outdoor terrace which was perfect for enjoying a drink. would highly recommend - we will be back the next time we visit york.
