Really lovely independent jewellers - would very much pick this over the bigger retailers. Had brilliant help from Melissa to pick out an engagement ring, very patient and understanding and made us feel very welcome. So helpful afterwards with pricing and sorting out documents and postage. Would highly recommend.

Today after 33½ years married we visited York where we bought our first wedding rings and stumbled across this beautiful jewellery shop and decided to buy new ones. York has a special place in our hearts and we now live in Australia. Genevieve served us and she made the occasion special. The other ladies in the shop were lovely too. I would definitely recommend this shop, Genevieve was the reason we bought the rings from this shop rather than other jewellery shops, great service and just lovely. Thank you, Carol and Rob ❤️

This is the greatest jewellers I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. My partner chose my engagement ring from there as I’d spoken of the owner (Kay)’s philanthropy towards York Hospital (my workplace). They were non-judgemental that he had a limited budget and treated us as if we’d spent 10x more. The staff there make you feel so excited and happy to visit. I loved getting to see the staff when my ring was resized! When it came to my wedding we purchased our wedding rings from there (of course) and I told Kay I was having daffodils as my flowers. Words can’t convey how thankful I am that Kay then lent me her incredible new York Daffodils collection to wear. An absolute honour. Even after the wedding, when I returned the incredible jewels, Bradley’s presented us with a card and bubbles. I cannot praise this store, the staff and their products enough. We found this very quaint little jeweller in York, and Zelda was very friendly and very helpful when I was choosing my eternity ring to celebrate my 60th birthday. Zelda made sure the ring was delivered on time for my birthday, and I was so pleased with all the lovely little extras I got with my ring. My ring was beautifully presented to make it a bit more special.

We stumbled upon this beautiful little shop by chance, the staff were so welcoming and friendly we were made to feel at home. We were served by Karen who was just lovely and amazing with her knowledge of jewellery. My husband bought me the most beautiful ring for our 25th wedding anniversary, it was delivered to our home ( Bradleys asked what date and time was convenient). Lovely staff, lovely shop and lovely shopping experience thank you all
