I would just like to say thank you to all the staff at the york branch. especially eleanor, who went above and beyond to find me the luxury watch i had been looking for. we were in york with our daughter and her friend, and on the off chance we decided to pop into ernest jones on the high street to see if they had the watch i was looking for. unfortunately, they didn’t have that specific model in but eleanor made some enquiries whilst we were in store and arranged for a similar watch to be available to view and try in store within 2 days. we agreed to come back so that i could try the watch to make sure the fit was right. on our return to the store, we tried the watch that was very similar to the one i was looking for, and as i was happy with the fit, arranged to do all the paperwork there and then. eleanor arranged for my exact watch to be sent to my home address, which arrived 2 days after visiting the store the second time. absolute great service and thank you again for all your help. ps now emigrated to crete and settling in nicely.

I purchased an engagement ring in the leeds branch, proposed on hols (she said yes), but the size of the ring was a bit too big. york is closer for us so we called up and the staff were great. we went in and the lady who helped us was really helpful and ordered the correct sized ring that came the next day. really helpful service and my experience of ej in leeds and york and even the live chat has been second to none. thanks for your help

Wonderful experience ordering our wedding rings in york today with manager sam. my partner ordered his ring and i used their bespoke design service so my wedding ring can fit my engagement ring perfectly. couldn’t be more grateful to sam for her help and advice. great experience, would definitely recommend the design service, you get a quote there and then and your ring bespoke to you and your engagement ring.
