Have ordered earrings online before, and they were lovely/came quickly/packaged well. Bought a ring at the York store recently, great customer service, and choice of items. Would recommend to anyone looking for some Whitby jet!

Superb and trusted service. I asked for a bespoke repair to my wife’s engagement ring. The team swiftly laid out various options and prices, and unreservedly supported my requirements. Excellent service from Zara on multiple occasions. I ordered my finances ring back in 2019, great service through ordering. We quickly realised it needed resizing & Zara handled this quick & easy for us, with no extra charge. Then recently the stone came loose (through damage at work), I got in touch & Zara confirmed they could repair it. We returned the ring & stone, to get the ring repaired & back with us in a couple of weeks. Again at no extra charge. Thank you very much for making a very happy lady in my life & we will certainly be back.

Lovely little shop! Everyone was so warm and welcoming and are a treasure to the store. The staff Jake and Ollie were really kind and offered great advice and help when I was buying a new necklace chain. I loved finding out about Whitby Jet and will be back soon- hope to visit the Whitby shop asap!
