Mel came out in the evening to replace my lock, which was much appreciated. She got the job done quickly and efficiently and is a pleasure to have in the house. Customer service is clearly very important to her and is a cornerstone of her business. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Locks.

Mel provided an incredibly speedy and all-around brilliant service for me when my key got stuck in the lock. She fitted me in straight away, kept me updated about her whereabouts, and then did a fantastic job when she arrived. This lock has never worked properly and she took the time to explain why, and gave the option of sticking with it if I wanted, rather than pushing me to get a new lock, which I really appreciated.
