Really pleased with the service i received today. i rang this morning because the lock on my front door wasn’t working and kevin came out within the hour. he explained what the problem was and fixed it quickly and for a reasonable price. plus he was friendly and conscientious - my daughter was asleep upstairs so he worked super quietly to make sure not to wake her. would definitely recommend laurel bank locksmith!

I am hard to please but on this occasion the service from mr kevin lamb was second to none. the lock on our upc door required two hands to operate because of my misunderstanding. but within a short while it was fixed to perfection and operates like touching a feather! and the charge was extremely reasonable. well done mr lamb.

Highly recommended. did an excellent job fixing the lock on our garden shed and went the extra mile by taking the door off its hinges and shaving down the sides to improve functionality. we had already agreed a price over the phone, but he did the extra work we hadn't agreed on, because it was simpler to fix that expected. didn't have to do the extra work, but we really appreciate you doing it, kevin, thanks!

Called kev one evening and he was round to check the job straight away, started and finished the next morning. really friendly and very high-quality work. definitely recommend.
