My husband and i visited dreams last week and we were assisted by wendy. she was very helpful, she offered us a drink and took us to the bed to decide on the type of mattress needed. when we had decided we wanted she was very attentive with our sale and explained everything. we would certainly recommend dreams to anyone wanting to buy a bed/mattress. today our bed was delivered and their service was also 100%

Rob at dreams, clifton moor, is amazing! attentive without being overpowering or pushy. he helped us get the absolute best mattress and bed for us at a really great price. 10/10 recommended this place and rob specifically.. great service x

Lovely people, great atmosphere , went there a couple months ago and this very helpful and kind woman called lousie made us feel welcome gave us drinks, tired the tempur pillow out, tested all the tempur beds so we could find the right one for us. we said we would come back when we have decided couple months later came back got greater by the lovely louise who gave us all the information we needed and all the time to have a think about it whilst there ,made sure we where happy with the decision. all in all lovely place lovely people but recommend louise:)

Louise is fantastic! we’ve just purchased a new mattress and we were so impressed with the service that i’m writing this before we’ve even got home. louise was very knowledgeable and pressure off which was the reason we went ahead. she also look after our baby so we could try the mattresses which was an added bonus. thanks louise, hope you see this. emily and ed (harrison)
