Really appreciated the help I received tonight. Arrived at closing time, but that was no problem for the staff. Johnny answered all my questions in a knowledgeable and polite manner. He knew all about the hardware and the network. In spite of the time I was not hurried at all. Seriously considering moving back to Vodafone. Thank you Johnny. Johnny Watson

Purchased a Vodafone SIM at Sainsbury (never do that) & instead of unlimited calls & 7GB of data my plan ran out in 24 hours, stopped at York's Vodafone store & Craig the manager sorted out the problem with tons of patience. Great service.

Excellent. Waited as was busy and was seen by Mark and had my problem resolved in good time. Wasn’t an everyday issue so was very pleased it could be resolved then and there. Mark was very helpful. 5/5.
