Wonderful and friendly. i was able to get an appointment at the time needed. easy to get on. lovely chatty staff. had them filed the next day as i'd asked for the long but i soon realised they were too long. no problem at all, no appointment straight in and filed to suit. offered a drink and felt comfortable.
