I use Kat for end of tenancy cleaning, they came on time and did great work, the property looks nice and clean, definitely will use them again

I've never met anyone so rude. Yes, you worked 7 hours on Thursday, but I paid £660. You worked 10.5 hours on Friday and I paid you £940. The average price is close to £90 per hour for cleaning. We have agreed on a fixed price for 9 of cleaning no matter of the condition, but after you finish the first 7 flats in good condition, you refuse to work on the last two because you said they are messy，which is obviously not what an honest partner would do. I even said if you think the last two would take longer time we can renegotiate the price, but you still refused to take the last two flats. I was not forcing you to do the last two , just saying that I would actually comment on my experience on Google, then i received many dirty words from you, which made me feel very upset and shocked.

We called Kat for an end of tenancy deep clean and it looked even better than when we had moved in! Kat arrived early and was very friendly and professional, she worked incredibly hard and I have absolutely no worries about handing the keys back to the landlord now, I couldn't recommend Kat enough and will definitely look to use her services again in the future
