Bayfields Opticians and Audiologists - York

I was visiting York today and had a glasses mishap. Lost a nose pad. So I popped into Bayfields Opticians and they not only sorted the glasses out but made them even more comfortable than before. They saved me an uncomfortable afternoon and I'm very greatful Thank you.

Incredibly helpful staff fixed my broken glasses with a new screw. Bit of a fiddly job getting the old one out but they didn't give up and didn't charge a penny.

Extremely safe pair of hands. Knew exactly what they were doing and even spotted something that was worth checking medically. Happy customer.

I would just like to commend Alex Harrison for the time and effort he gave me when I was considering getting a hearing aid. It wasn't quite right for me at this time, but I never felt pressurized at any time. As a result that when I eventually definitely need one, I shall return here. Thank you for the excellent service and professionalism I received.
