Excellent customer service and the staff are so friendly and actually care about you're needs and give you time to get what you want and make sure you feel comfortable again an excellent team at lower ouse gate specsavers in york an amazing staff team.
I was delighted by the pleasant manner and professionalism of the 2 staff members i met on my 2 visits. i haven’t got the glasses yet but so far my experience has been very positive.
As usual, the whole process was easy to book ... this was an appointment that needed to be made unexpectedly and time and care was taken to ring me to discuss my symptoms in more detail. everyone at this store is professional and friendly and procedures, results and treatments were fully explained in an easy to understand way ... i am extremely happy with the services i've received there over a number of years ... many thanks to all 🙂
I can not thank them enough. having walked in to book an appointment i was listened to. the young lady acted promptly and the optician saw me immediately. thank goodness they did as i had a detached retina which requires surgery. thank you so much to all involved with my care yesterday.
