I called Vernex about some wasps at my stables and they were very helpful. It was late afternoon when I spoke to them and first thing the next morning they were round and sorted it out. I called Vermex this morning to get help removing a new wasp's nest in our Garden shed which had a queen. The company was great to deal with - they passed on my details to their service team and someone called me back and they were with me within an hour. Very friendly, responsive and professional local service and they dealt with the problem very effectively; removing the nest and queen.
