I called on a bank holiday . rob was at my home within 10 minutes. gave advice on what i can do. as he only gave me his professional opinion on this occasion regarding squirrels. he did not even charge me a call out fee. excellent service .

Rob came out to deal with some very angry wasps today that had got into the cavity wall at the bottom of a upstairs bedroom window outside. i called him this morning, he said would be there early afternoon which he was. treated & sealed the hole & explained the wasps would try to get back in though would disperse by teatime which has been the case. great service & would use again if needed. thank you for your quick response.

Rob came the day after i called to eradicate a wasps nest, which wasn't easily accessible next to the chimney on our roof. he quickly found a way to source the nest and the job was done within minutes. lovely friendly service which we will definite use again should we have another wasp issue in the future.
