I called on a Bank holiday . Rob was at my home within 10 minutes. Gave advice on what I can do. As he only gave me his professional opinion on this occasion regarding squirrels. He did not even charge me a call out fee. Excellent service .

Rob came out to deal with some very angry wasps today that had got into the cavity wall at the bottom of a upstairs bedroom window outside. I called him this morning, he said would be there early afternoon which he was. Treated & sealed the hole & explained the wasps would try to get back in though would disperse by teatime which has been the case. Great service & would use again if needed. Thank you for your quick response.

Rob came the day after I called to eradicate a wasps nest, which wasn't easily accessible next to the chimney on our roof. He quickly found a way to source the nest and the job was done within minutes. Lovely friendly service which we will definite use again should we have another wasp issue in the future.
