Moira has been a real life saver for both myself and my husband. as well as managing the pain from my arthritic knee she is full of great advice and useful tips to look after myself in between sessions with her. she correctly diagnosed my problem which meant i could take action to get on the waiting list for an operation. i really enjoy my treatment sessions with moira. she combines professionalism and empathy really well.

Moira has been treating my foot weekly since late last year. with each treatment i attend i am left with a foot that is feeling stronger and stronger. as well as being a lovely person to deal with, it is obvious moira is very knowledgeable and extremely good at what she does. i can’t thank you enough for bringing my foot close to what it somewhat was, may the progress continue 😃

Moira is quite simply a brilliant person and very experienced senior physiotherapist++. since may 2016 she has treated me and several other close family members. my challenge has been a very serious lower lumbar disc bulge at l4/l5 and more recently l3 probably most people would have opted for surgery, as did surgeons, i said no and wanted to try. so in 2016 when it first flared up i was in a very poor state, both physically and mentally due to the impact of the spinal problem. moira was an absolute rock, she respected my decision for no surgery and gave a clear open and honest expectation. she treated the disc problem with empathy yet direct advice and clear instructions on what to do and what not to do in between appointments, in a very professional and friendly manner she holds you to account to do your bit, exactly what you need and keeps you motivated when sometimes you may feel like giving up. between us i managed to get back on my feet without surgery, and this was solely due to moira’s expert approach and careful treatment of a potentially life changing problem. after 5 years pain free, sadly i started with more disc bulges in september 2022, yet again moira to the rescue! i am now in feb 2023 95% back to normal status and almost off heavy medication. if you find yourself with a physical injury, muscle damage or strain then personally i would not trust anyone other than moira and highly recommend her for treatment. she is a ‘lifesaver’ in my eyes and i do not say that lightly. thank you.

Moira is brilliant. i slipped a disc 6 weeks before a backpacking trip and was recommended to see her. she was great! knows her stuff and she’s really nice. helped me every step of the way and got me moving again in time for my trip! couldn’t recommend more.

Highly recommend. had a stiff back for weeks-moira had me up and running again within a few visits. i’m now hoping my new back will take 10 shots off my golf game! many thanks moira
