I was lucky enough to have Mr West consult on and perform my lower pinch blepharoplasty at Coppergate Clinic in York. I was made very welcome by all the staff at the clinic from the moment I arrived. I had already met Mr West who had completed a thorough assessment before being taken to the operating room. The procedure was painless and quick (1 hour approx) and I was given all the follow up information and after care needed before I left. Post procedure I had a few questions to see if some of the healing I was experiencing was normal. I contacted Mr West directly and he responded quickly and reassured me instantly. I am super happy with my results and have very minimal scarring which no one notices and are often surprised when I tell them I have had a procedure. I have referred patients to him since who have been extremely happy with his Services. I truly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face and will be returning in the future.

Mr West was recommended to me after a friend (NHS Nurse) knew I was looking for a surgeon. I had brow lift surgery, with the main focus, removing previously tattooed hairline. I had 2 face to face consultations, and after feeling nervous an extra consultation appointment with Mr West, where he was able to reassure me and alleviate any concerns I had. Dr West recently preformed a full face and necklift, lip lift and upper and lower eye fat removal operation on me. Dr West made me feel so at ease when I met him for my consultation, he showed me photographs of his work and encouraged me to ask him questions about my chosen procedures. The day of my surgery was without a doubt the best and most exciting day of my entire life. I had absolutely no fear. This was due to my level of trust in his professional ability.
