Fixed all 4 of the issues in our house quickly and efficiently. genuinely nice, highly skilled engineer and really helpful customer service.
I had an intractable heating system problem in a large old house, which led to years of boiler failure/ problems. when replacement became inevitable, i looked for quotes. rather than just sell me a new boiler, yph identified the underlying issue, and proposed a low-cost partial redesign of the system. end result is that the new boiler has dramatically higher efficiency, transforming the house. good team, highly professional. not 'cheap', but transparent costing, good value, delivered on budget.
Came to fix what we thought was a leaking pipe from the shower, turned out to be just backed and overflowing, but they fitted a small hatch to allow us to more easily check in future. quick, efficient and professional.
Had my boiler serviced (long overdue) and james who carried out the works was so helpful. fitted new parts, explained what they did and how to monitor efficiency of the boiler. great value. would recommend yph to anyone in york looking for a plumber!
Prompt and efficient service. i have my boiler serviced every year and not once has the engineer checked the water tanks. jamie did and my header tank and upstairs radiators hardly had any water in them. thank you so much jamie you are a star.
