My partner, young daughter and i have just had a very positive experience renting in york with letters. moving in was easy despite potential sticking points such as being only recently self employed, one of us having only foreign references and having a young daughter. the office has been easy to contact and quick to reply when any queries or issues came up, which were in turn always quickly resolved. staff were equally accommodating when it came to moving out and made a stressful time a lot easier. highly recommended.
Francesca has been super speedy, kind and helpful when responding to my maintenance queries and has helped in any issues being resolved 😊
