I realised some time ago that a legal representative is my voice in the world, often when the world is unfathomable, even frightening. so my question was what sort of voice do i want to speak for me... reasoned? informed? experienced? principled? and what sort of tone would i want to be associated with... measured? calm? circumspect? and what ultimately did i want to know deep inside... that i was believed? that someone would stand by me? fight for me if required? five stars for harland & co whose staff possess these qualities in spades. five stars.
