Jo at Coyles has been absolutely fantastic helping me find a job, from the first day of me contacting them and sending my CV she has been very attentive to my situation and helped me every step of the way to the point now of me starting a new job shortly. She has called and emailed me to inform me of updates and answered all of my emails and calls (sorry Jo, I know there's been a lot). I’ve been at coyles for over a year and they always had work available for me week in and out. Always work to be picked up and the staff in office are great with communication (becca, Jamie and Rachel. All round good company competitive pay also

They have poor customer service skills they didn't inform me of my shift pattern they over charged me on tax (£20) for one 7hrs shift and appartely didn't have access to payroll didn't have access to pay slips despite sending it out logic tried calling them to discuss they was unwilling to communicate leaving me out if pocket and frustrated at not been about to resolve this in a professor manner
