We would definitely recommend this business to anybody. Richard and his team were trustworthy, punctual, professional, friendly and the price was very reasonable. Even though Richard was very busy/fully booked up, he still managed to fit us in between bigger jobs, and sorted us out very quickly. The customer service was first class. They fixed our mid terraced leaking bathroom roof, did a great job, and didn't leave a mess behind. We have had a lot of rain since it was done and no leaks. Thank you very much, Richard and Co.

We used RKS a few times. Richard and team last year came to replace the roof on a property we moved into, the existing roof was in a terrible state of repair. They did an amazing job, everything was up to a great quality, even our builder was very impressed with the end result. Richard has also been a great help to us for our rental property, replacing and repairing the loose roof tiles and most recently stopping a vibrating down pipe for us. Richard is extremely responsive and helpful and honest. We will need to replace the roof on our rental in the next few years and will 100% use RKS, we wouldn’t look to anyone else after the great service and quality. Also great price!! We have used Richard and his team a couple of times now for roof repairs and would not look at another company. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. The team is very hard working when on site and Richard keeps you constantly updated with photos of the work being performed. Richard and his team are very popular and you may have to wait a while for the work but we’d far rather wait than chance our arm with a different company.

RKS - they're the tops. I have used Richard and his team at RKS several times (from an urgent repair to a complete re-roofing, and insulation installation as well) over the last few years and can only say that they are unbeatable. Not only are they excellent workmen who do a brilliant job, but they are prompt, turn up when they say they will, friendly, courteous and reliable. Richard keeps in touch with you at every stage, and follows up after the job is finished too, which is a big bonus. The prices he charged us were very reasonable - but he didn't skimp on labour or materials. And, he and his team are such lovely people to deal with. I recommend them 100%.
