Very helpful staff. the sandals i was hoping to buy weren't in stock in my size, but were ordered & arrived a few days later.
Good service in shop but not available in store as they only display slippers at christmas! i wear them all year round. ordered online and quick delivery. very comfortable.
Nice shop with a good mix of shoes, unfortunately not what i wanted. situated in the main town centre it's worth a look. parking is the biggest issue with york, you need to plan ahead unless you know the town well
