Hotter Shoes York

Went to exchange some boots ordered online. Very helpful staff let me try on alternative to check sizing before ordering and sending to hone address. Arrived promptly good fit, very pleased with purchase.

I really enjoyed visiting this store as I normally telephone an order. Although I always take a size 6, the assistant advised me to try a size 7 as the boot had a Goretex lining, and it fitted perfectly.

Shakira was a very friendly, kind, professional, helpful and attentive assistant. She measured my feet using the computerised system - I can highly recommend this service. It's a nice store with a spacious seating area to it's rear. Shakira's colleague was also friendly. It was a pleasure to visit the store and I hope to return next time I am in York.
