I used go store to store all our household belongings as we waited for a house purchase to go through and i was delighted with the efficient and friendly service i received from whoever i dealt with. the facilities - even the customer toilets - are superb and the phone app for gaining access works well and is simple to use. i had occasion to also use their van to collect a stray item and i was amazed that it was offered at no cost. highly recommended.

Very friendly team, welcoming and attentive to our needs, very capable and focused on providing the right storage for our needs. we've recently completed a transatlantic return home and as such found ourselves in quick need for some extra room while we sort things through. ashleigh and the team got us up and running and sorted very quickly. excellent service and facility.

As a local charity, go store at monks cross couldn't have been more supportive. it was the first time we'd had the need for storage and they made us feel so welcome and talked us through the process. facilities are high quality and incredibly secure. really impressed, thanks to jamie and the team.

I would give go store 10 stars if i was able to. jamie and his team were incredible from start to finish. i described my items and they got the size estimate bang on, they offered refreshments after a long journey and were so flexible with arrival dates and times even welcoming our removals men like their own customers. the service has been fantastic and i would not hesitate to recommend jamie, alec and the wider team to anyone needing storage space. having rented various storage units in the past, this business goes above and beyond, the price is great and the facility is super clean and safe. well done team. jack
