Book with tui every year at least once or twice! Generally go to the parliament store the staff are very helpful. Jenny always helps us find a holiday that suits our budget and needs. Very much recommended we won't go anywhere else.

Recently, when visiting for a holiday enquiry, the knowledge and expertise I recieved from the sales representative Anastasia was fantastic. She highlighted to be some of the benefits of the virgin cruises as she showed me some of the photos she experienced on her holiday which was fantastic and has since made me consider a booking in the near future. Regardless of what Holliday I end up booking I won’t hesitate to go to the TUI York parliament street store as this service was and always has been excellent and they are not hesitant to go above and beyond in all parts of you’re holiday booking ensuring that they tailor you’re holiday to you’re exact specification.

Jenny at the Parliament street store was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She helped us find the perfect destination and hotel for us and answered all our questions thoroughly. She was very knowledgeable about the resort and everything the hotel had to offer. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back to book our next holiday!

The moment I stepped in the door , staff couldn’t have been more friendly and welcoming. Michelle looked after us and found a holiday to meet our requirements. A brilliant holiday from start to finish . Will definitely be booking with Tui York next year .
