TUI Holiday Store

The staff at TUI Vanguard are brilliant. I have been using them for a few years and have always had a positive experience. Today i booked a holiday through Liz who i had not met before and again the help and guidance was second to none. She was able to answer my questions and the whole process was flawless. I would highly recommend the staff at TUI Vanguard for providing an excellent service.

I would highly recommend. Liz did the initial groundwork and gave me all the information to take away. I was so impressed that l made an appointment the next day and booked a holiday with Katy who was also super efficient. The staff are lovely, well informed but never felt any pressure to book immediately. Will definitely return to book any further holidays. Thankyou.

Visited on Saturday all staff were very friendly and helpful, after some discussing and advice from Kathryn we happily found and chose a holiday. Unfortunately due to a mistake on our part we had chosen the wrong dates so Sunday called to ask for some advice to be told by Kate it was no problem.and we could move the dates with no extra charge as it was within the 24 hr cooling off period. Would happily recommend this store and will definitely look for future holidays in this store.

Liz helped me chose my holiday destination to Tenerife for May 24. I was unsure where to go initially. We looked at lots of places. I never felt rushed and was able to relax. Previous experiences when in travel agents I've felt rushed and end3d up not booking . Liz was polite and attentive to my needs, including what my son may like. I booked a beautiful 5 star Hotel with some discount and a trip included. Very happy with the price and can't wait to go! Thank you Liz. I'll ask for you when I book again.
