Tower Veterinary Group, Acomb Surgery

I've been with Tower Vets for a few years now and have consistently been very satisfied with them. The staff are all very friendly, caring and professional. I've always managed to get an appointment quickly and I have been super impressed by their measures put in place through the pandemic. The health of my pet has always been put first and I've always been told of all courses of action in regards to my pet and the potential benefits/consequences of each. I really appreciate that level of transparency and honesty.

We changed Vets to this place, you should do the same you won't regret it. All staff are really nice, thorough in their job and communication is 10/10. They treat the pets so well and will explain every single detail if you ask, my last Vet was NOT like this... At all. My cat is very scared/defensive at the vets but they still said how cute she was even though she did probably scratch and hiss at them a few times, they seemed genuinely interested in her. My GF's idea to change to this vet and she must have done her research because I'm sure you won't find a nicer one around here, I found out my mum also changed vets to here and said she is glad she did. I think that speaks for itself really!!

Wonderful kind and compassionate vet though the reception is a little bit small perhaps! So helpful and loving, with my dog and with me as it was my first time registering at a vet and I had brought everything from her food and probiotics to her sun wipes, and what I hadn't brought I'd written down. Their Pet Health Plan is a great idea and I'm sure it'll be well worth the cost.
