Allan was recommended to us by a friend. As soon as we met him, we instantly liked and trusted him and it is clear to see he is passionate about what he does. Very professional, in the initial meetings, Allan gives you as much time as necessary to understand your needs. He was fantastic on our wedding day and we now have lots of fabulous photographs to remember it by. We cannot recommend Allan enough!

After spending quite a lot of time looking at different wedding photographers in York, I really loved Allan's style of relaxed wedding photography. Allan was brilliant on the day and made myself and my husband feel relaxed in front of the camera (especially important as weddings are a long day!). As well as taking the photographs, Allan was so helpful in every aspect, making sure people kept moving when needed whilst capturing the occasion. We've just got our wedding photos back from Allan, and we couldn't be more delighted! We met with Allan several times before our big day, and always found him to be friendly, approachable and honest - he told us exactly what would and wouldn't work for our wedding. Allan was our photographer back in September at Carlton towers in Goole, a venue he had never shot at before and one not too close to his home town. After we originally enquired about using him, he set up a meeting at his home so we could go over the fine details and see the products he had to offer, along with previous work. After deciding to go with him, he was in contact multiple times to check everything was ok, and was always very quick to answer any questions we had. On the big day he was absolutely perfect, we could not have asked for more from a photographer. From the minute he turned up it was go go go!! very friendly and professional, taking into account what we wanted and being able to capture it perfectly. No complaints from him at all even though it was a very long day, acted just as any of the other wedding guests (who also noticed how friendly he was). Great service and Value for money, very happy with all our photos, wouldn't change a thing. definitely would recommend

Allan is an incredibly creative and friendly photographer. He is talkative and had many helpful ideas for our upcoming wedding. Many precious moments were captured because of his keen eye and attention to detail. Allan was also very accommodating with our specific requests and didn't attempt to tell us what we wanted. He gave us a very professionally made USB in a case with over four-hundred photos of our special day. He also provides great options for the physical album as well. I highly recommend him.
