Peacock Tree Yoga

I would absolutely recommend lilley and peacock tree yoga to anyone considering starting or continuing their yoga practice. the classes leave me feeling incredibly calm and well-balanced in mind, but also challenged and energised physically. all abilities are welcome and the classes are so encouraging ☺️

I’m not very athletic so i was really nervous to start a proper yoga class. the free class offer convinced me to give it a try. lilley was a wonderful teacher and everyone made me feel so welcome. now i can’t wait to start the beginner’s course!

Lilley is a brilliant teacher, her energy and enthusiasm is infectious. the classes have a wonderful feel, welcoming and inclusive of all abilities and experience. she really looks after her students and has created a lovely yoga community to be a part of. thank you lilley.
