How to claim and edit your business on RatingsPlus

Your business may already be listed on RatingsPlus. If it is, you can claim the listing so you can keep the details accurate and respond to customer reviews.

Start by opening your public business page. Look for the green claim card that says Is this your business?, then press Claim this listing. This has replaced the old Claim Now button shown in earlier screenshots.

What happens after you claim a listing

Submit the claim form with the details requested. The RatingsPlus team checks each claim before giving access, so allow up to three working days for review.

Once the claim is approved, sign in and open your dashboard. Your business listing will appear there with the options available for your account.

What you can update

From your dashboard you can improve the listing with clearer business information, contact details, opening information, services, website links and images where available. Keeping these details up to date helps customers choose the right business and makes enquiries easier to handle.

The dashboard also shows useful activity for your listing, including views, calls, contact requests, website clicks, WhatsApp taps and direction requests.

Before you submit changes

• Use the correct business name, address and postcode.
• Add a working phone number and website if you have one.
• Keep the description factual and specific to your services.
• Upload clear images that represent the business properly.
• Check spelling before sending your update.

If your business page is already live, open it and press Claim this listing to start the claim request.
