They fitted a faulty battery that’s not genuine and it’s worser then the 1 i had before it’s draining really fast and the screen is not 100% sometimes it takes 2 touches to tap on something

These guys are great! Super helpful, quick and happy to do a great deal. I’ve used these guys for smashed screens previously and always been happy with the price and service. Then just before Xmas my young daughter locked herself out of her old iphone, took it to these guys to sort which they were going to do for a decent price but then I asked about replacing with a new/preloved phone, no pressure from them at all & they did me a fantastic deal on an iPhone 7 with all the accessories needed. Needless to say I had a very happy daughter on Xmas day and I’m a very happy customer. Thank you Phone Geek guys will use you again and happily recommend!

This shop appears to be a family-run enterprise, and it seems the individuals at the reception lack technical knowledge about phones. I had approached them to repair my phone, and without any substantial diagnostic, they recommended sending it to their workshop with a return time of 3 to 5 working days. However, the turnaround time extended to a full month, far exceeding the original estimate. Adding to the confusion, midway through this period, I received a call regarding the phone's issue, only to discover upon visiting the shop that they had mistaken another phone's results for mine. This mix-up resulted in an extended waiting period. The most perplexing part came when, after a month-long wait, they returned my phone stating it was irreparable. Strikingly, when I took the same device to another nearby repair shop, they were able to ascertain the same within a mere 5 minutes. The disparity in service efficiency was rather glaring.
