Called extra computers after my PC crashed, would not load basic programs and I didn’t want to loose all my stuff. Spoke to Paul, explained what had happened, he called and picked up my PC later the same day, ring me and told me the hard drive had failed, quoted me £15 to lift my files or £80 for new hard drive and reinstalling my files. Called back in 2 days and dropped my PC off the next morning. I used this company when they were up near the DWP building and they were good, now they are fantastic! Will use them agin if needed and highly recommend them, no fancy PC terms to confuse me, excellent service and kept me up to date at all times……10/10
