I was very pleased with the service I received the staff were very helpful and dentist was very good and put my mind at ease she was very professional and informative I would recommend this dental practice

Was asked twice if I was ok to arrive 15mins earlier to my appointment, which I was luckily able to after arranging with work. Despite this I was still waiting for 25mins in an empty waiting room, and turns out the reason I was asked to arrive earlier was due to child care reasons. I was told rather hastily I needed another two small fillings, despite a visit only 6 months ago with no mention at all then of any signs of decay. I was quickly offered either NHS or private white fillings, immediately asked what I wanted, and asked to sign a consent form anyway after I said I'd like to think and consider it given the cost. I was told they'd do a clean when I booked in for the fillings "if that's ok", and no other examination or work was done. I essentially paid £25 for a 2min sit in a chair with no cleaning/scraping at all. The whole appointment felt rushed and I left feeling frustrated afterwards when I was able to think about it for longer than 2 minutes

Rubbish! I had an appointment in April, received a phone call in Feb telling me my dentist had left the practice and my appointment had been cancelled, the guy said the practice would contact me to rebook me in once another dentist had been appointed. Still waiting! 5/6 months down the line! Joke of a place! Go elsewhere people! If I could give it zero stars I would.

Unfortunately had to wait approximately 40 minutes. I can think of better things to do than waiting to see a dentist for 40 minutes! I do think that reception should keep you informed if there are delays as they obviously know when running late. Otherwise no problem with the treatment.

A pleasant experience today. Over the past two to three years my experience of attending your dentist has not been the best and to be honest particularly poor. However, today was my first appoint for 12 months for a check up and the female dentist was excellent, friendly and made me feel welcome and an overall good experience. I had my initial appointment in April cancelled, however you were accommodating today in allowing me at the last minute to take this appointment after a family member was taken ill and not able to attend. Very good and hopefully this will continue.
