Called them on two occasions, the person who answered said they would get them to call me back but still waiting.

Wouldn't recommend. Very slow house sale and purchase. Had to chase them continuously and push them to push for updates from other parties in the chain. Got to moving day all packed up and ready to go and receive a phone call at 4pm to say not exchanging today. Just felt like we had no support from them and had to do all the chasing ourselves and we never had any updates on the progress on anything.
