Amazing customer service from Dainora. She was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and tried really hard to find the best deal that met all my requirements. I am very happy with my new phone and contract and pleased to be a customer of Three. Thank you so much!

Contract came to an end and I had received a mediocre deal from 3 by email. I went into store with a competitor deal and the manager was really helpful and was able to match the deal. Staff were great even though the new ipad system had such come into play.

The lady I saw last week in 3 was very helpful and would set my phone up for me as I can't do it,when I went back the week after the same lady wasn't there,I asked one of the young ladies if they would do it for me and as they were busy she couldn't help me,I asked when a good time would be and she said about 3 o'clock and she said it would take 2 hours which is far too late for me as i can't get home too late,I've got a new phone now and no one to set it up for me,3 said as my contract was with them they would do it,but they haven't got time so I'm stuck with my old phone which I hope doesn't die on me and a new phone I can't use,

I don't very often single out individuals: But Dianora exceeded my expectations by light years: She is a very great credit to your company; her customer service skills, knowledge, general demeanour, patience and manner are truly exemplary. Don't let her get away! She will be one of the reasons I will stay with 3, and I sincerely hope she will be there the next time I visit her store !

Went into store last week and had fantastic service from Emma then today I’ve been in with an issue regarding a contract sim and had awful experience Janes attitude was disgusting, no manners, then she completely messed the situation up what I’d gone into store to try and resolve And Brett the manager well he’s got fantastic eyesight as he could see what Jane was doing on the tablet/screen she was working off from over 7ft from where he was sat at a desk. Then when I phoned to see if I could speak to an area manager regarding this he started to argue with me over the telephone, absolutely appalling, Contact Wakefield store to try to get advice of how to put a complaint in and Joyce the manager was absolutely amazing, definitely going ti Wakefield store next time
